How To Start The Return & Exchange Process

After you find the order with the products you want to return & exchange, click on My Account > My Orders. You can send the product you want as return & exchange via the form that comes before you. If you do not see the" Create return Request " button in the My Orders section, the return & exchange process is over. Returns&exchanges are made once in an order.

I Sent The Products With Speed Cargo Now What?

In order to initiate return & exchange transactions, the products you have sent must be reached to us first. Once this amount is defined, you can create a new order and use your Change Score. If you have requested a refund, the IBAN number you sent will be refunded.
